thinking pink

Last night my friends and I took part in a trivia night, raising money for and supporting breast cancer awareness. Because trivia is not really our strong suit (we ended up coming third last), half the fun for us is creating costumes and decorations for our table. This year we decided to go as a marching band (aptly named the Pink Parade). This is a peek at our costume, which I was entrusted with designing. Yes, those buttons are plastic gold coins covered in tin foil. 10/10 for ingenuity, if I do say so myself. I shot a whole roll on my Diana Mini, and dropped it off to be developed today (Sundays are quickly becoming my film developing days). I can’t wait to see how they all turn out – it was the first time I’ve used a coloured gel lens thingy on my flash (a pink one, of course). Fingers crossed!

    Ooh cute!
Looks really similar to the marching band themed outfits k-pop group After School wore. That's a really cool & original idea for a theme too ^^
Can't wait to see your Diana photos!
