i try to be like grace kelly

Gah, now I have that annoying Mika song stuck in my head. Anyway, I received this book for my birthday last week. I’m hoping that if I flick through it enough times, I’ll miraculously become as elegant and graceful as the book’s namesake. Kind of like the whole “sleeping with a textbook under your pillow” theory.

    For some weird reason, I can't see the pictures. :/ Anyway, Grace Kelly is very elegant. You seem elegant and graceful, no book can give you that, only you. 😉

    @medineamory: Naww, you're too kind. And that's odd re: the pictures. Maybe tinypic is being temperamental.

    @Chantelle: haha my bad.

    @opheliearnoult: thanks! will be checking out your blog 🙂

    lovely post. i'm so wanting a book like this at the moment. I've been looking for a book about audrey hepburn or someone else amazing and classy. Grace Kelly, although i don't know much about her, she really seems incredible (:

    @Eilish & @Jazzabelle: The first few pages of this book has a fantastic summary of her life. So interesting. It's made me want to check out if there are any good Grace Kelly biographies out there.

    I don't know, don't kill me, but I think Grace Kelly is overrated.

    I love this! I got a coffee table book of Audrey Hepburn for my birthday a couple of years ago! Grace Kelly is so lovely. I would love to get this one too! 🙂

    @eva: no probs, each to their own 🙂

    @LisaGrace: you should definitely convince someone to buy it for you as a gift! haha

    @PassportSmiles: thank you!

    @Melina: I'd imagine she would be. Monaco stamps sound like they would be really interesting (and opulent) for some reason.

    @Kara: I think an Audrey Hepburn book is next on my list!
